Inspired by combining the look of vintage French jewelry — especially 1930s-era Lanvin collarettes — with a Medieval flail, Burst uses the same essential vocabulary as the Branching series. For Burst, glass bubbles are punctuated by hand-blown glass spikes and “barnacles,” which have been rolled in 24 karat gold foil. The "Clear Colorway" uses clear and white glass globes, some with gold foil edges, clear and white glass barnacles with gold foil, and clear and white glass spikes with gold foil. The "Grey Colorway" uses translucent grey and opaque grey glass globes, some with gold foil edges, black and opaque grey glass barnacles with gold foil, and black and opaque grey glass spikes with gold foil.
