In the 1960s Mario Bellini reinterpreted the concept of classic furniture stuffing with the 932 model, transforming the padding of the traditional armchair into an item of furniture: four independent cushions connected by a belt passed around the outside. Today Cassina offers a new take on this historic model while respecting the original spirit and authenticity of the design. The armchair comes with fabric or leather upholstery, for both the cushions and the belt, or in a “luxury” version, epitome of Cassina’s consummate manufacturing quality, with the exterior and belt loops in soft saddle leather and the inside and belt in natural leather in the colours black, mud or dark blue.
