How to use
Prepare a basin of hot water and soak your feet for 10 minutes (the water must be as hot as you can stand without burning your skin). If necessary, add oils, salts and/or soap. Before using the foot file, the skin has to be as soft as possible, even wrinkly due to the water. Dry your feet gently leaving them moist, then use the foot file on the rough skin.
