"Daring enhancement of the Murano tradition, the Perseus collection is characterized by a large number of glass elements that represent a compendium of the glassmaking techniques studied and developed by Barovier & Toso in the course of its long history, here reinterpreted, paired, and mixed by Marcel Wanders in a subversive way with respect to the canons of classicism. This suspension lamp, available in two different sizes, recalls the whole collection with a super-modern Fifties taste. Light sources are traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs, while metal parts are chromed."
