The CC-Tapis "Traces de Memoire" collection is based upon the use of Himalayan organic undyed wool as a background for bright and soft silk designs. Traces de Fo?ret uses silk to define the branches of trees, playing on the contrast between rough and fine, clear and faded, traditional and contemporary. The colourful wide kilims and long fringes act like frames to highlight the particulars of the design.
